CCM was created when, as customer service consultants, we saw the same mistakes being made in contact centers over and over again.  These knowledge assets were developed to help our clients address the most serious of these problems.  They define key issues in contact center management and describe best practices and typical operational design alternatives available to the manager.  

Most of these knowledge assets have been published in leading industry magazines. They have been used extensively in our consulting practices to help clients quickly address and resolve operational problems.
